Attics & Crawl Spaces

About This Project

A Shadyside property management company discovered mold in multiple units of an apartment building after a roof leak went undetected. Pure Air Nation was called in to assess the damage and develop a remediation strategy that minimized tenant disruption.

Our Approach

We worked unit-by-unit, setting up containment barriers and negative air pressure systems to prevent cross-contamination. Each unit received individual air quality testing before and after remediation.

  • Multi-unit assessment and phased remediation
  • Minimal tenant displacement
  • Containment and negative air pressure protocols
  • Individual unit clearance testing

Results

All units passed post-remediation clearance testing within two weeks. The property manager was able to maintain occupancy in unaffected units throughout the process.

"Pure Air Nation handled a complex multi-unit situation with professionalism. They worked around our tenants' schedules and got the job done right."
