About This Project

A Dormont homeowner preparing to sell their home discovered extensive mold growth behind finished basement walls during a pre-sale inspection. The mold was caused by years of minor water intrusion that had gone unnoticed behind drywall.

Our Approach

Pure Air Nation removed all affected drywall and insulation, treated the block walls with antimicrobial solutions, and coordinated with a waterproofing contractor to address the source of moisture before rebuilding.
